Software Download

If you'd similar to transfer the data stored in your FreeStyle Libre reader to your figurer (PC or Mac) and so yous can have a closer wait, and then you'll need to download the FreeStyle Libre software. Just click on the link below and follow the instructions.

Once you have the software, just connect your FreeStyle Libre reader to your PC/Mac USB using the cablevision provided in your reader kit. Data transfer takes a few seconds.

The FreeStyle Libre software tin can display your data in the following ways:

Snapshot

The Snapshot report shows a summary of the glucose, Sensor usage, sugar, and insulin data within the selected timeframe (saccharide and insulin data must exist input by the user).

Daily Patterns

The Daily Patterns written report shows glucose, carbohydrate, and insulin information over the "typical" day based on all days within the selected timeframe. Information technology includes the Ambulatory Glucose Contour, a graph of the tenth, 25th, 50th (median), 75th, and 90th percentiles of glucose readings. The 2d page includes private Sensor glucose readings.

Glucose Pattern Insights

The Glucose Blueprint Insights report shows glucose over the "typical" twenty-four hour period based on all days inside the selected timeframe. It includes an assessment of Glucose Control Measures and the Ambulatory Glucose Profile, a graph of the 10th, 25th, 50th (median), 75th, and 90th percentiles of glucose readings. The 2d page includes individual Sensor glucose readings. See Glucose Pattern Insights section for more than information.

Mealtime Patterns

The Mealtime Patterns report shows glucose, carbohydrate, and insulin data for "typical" meals based on all food notes within the selected timeframe.

Monthly Summary

The Monthly Summary study shows glucose and Sensor usage data in a calendar format for each month within the selected timeframe.

Weekly Summary

The Weekly Summary report shows daily glucose, sugar, insulin, and other data in a weekly format for each week inside the selected timeframe.

Daily Log

The Daily Log report shows the detailed glucose, sugar, insulin, and other data for each day within the selected timeframe. This written report is the only i that includes strip exam results.

Reader Details

The Reader Details report shows the current settings on the Reader and any changes to the settings over the last thirty days.

You can share your data with your doctor or nurse by clicking on the Salvage button to save any of the reports equally a PDF file which can then exist printed or emailed before your next date.

You lot tin can also review your information directly on the FreeStyle Libre reader. Press the Home Button twice, once to plow on the reader and then to access the Dwelling house Screen. Touch the Review History icon. Utilize the arrows to review the available written report options:

  • Daily Graph
  • Average Glucose
  • Daily Patterns
  • Fourth dimension in Target
  • Low Glucose Events
  • Sensor Usage
Organization Requirements

A figurer running i of the following operating systems:

At minimum, a computer with a USB 2.0 compliant hub with a dual-core one.6 GHz processor and 2 GB RAM.
